Reservation and cancellation conditions :

Reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the stay amount, 50% for 2 nights or 100% for 1 night, with full credit card details. There are no penalties for cancellations 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. Deposits cannot be returned for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event of force majeure, deposits will kept aside as credit applicable to the current season only, depending on availability. Any stay that has started shall be payable in full. In the event of a no-show (failure of the guest(s) to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled date), the full stay will be payable.

Because of our small capacity, cancellations can affect our business considerably.
We are also required to adhere to a strict sales policy, and we recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance.
In terms of accommodation, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
